- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt or damage the App
- Upload, share, or solicit any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor
- Harass, abuse, or attempt to groom any other user
We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Violations result in immediate account termination and, where required, referral to law enforcement. See our Child Safety Standards.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us permission to process this data solely to provide the functionality of our Products.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content within our Products are owned by Sapphire Spider Innovations LLC and protected by law.
5. Disclaimer
Our Products are provided for informational purposes only. Where a product offers budgeting or financial tools, such as BluBooks, we do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sapphire Spider Innovations LLC is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Financial losses
- Damages resulting from use of our Products
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
