Our Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Sapphire Spider Innovations LLC has implemented comprehensive standards to prevent, detect, and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation. We:
1. Prohibit Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
We maintain strict zero-tolerance policies for any child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation material, or any content that sexualizes minors. All such content is immediately removed and reported to appropriate authorities.
2. Monitor and Prevent Grooming Behavior
We act against predatory behavior, grooming, and solicitation of minors. Where a product allows users to interact with one another, we review reports of suspicious patterns and behavior that may indicate child exploitation.
3. Age-Appropriate Protections
We provide enhanced safety features for younger users, including restricted interactions, limited contact with other users, and age-appropriate content filtering where applicable.
4. Enforce Strict User Conduct Standards
Users are prohibited from engaging in any form of sexual conduct, harassment, exploitation, or abuse of minors. Violations result in immediate account suspension and removal.
5. Legal Compliance
We comply with all applicable child protection laws, including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), GDPR, and other jurisdiction-specific regulations.
Reporting Mechanism
We provide multiple ways for users to report concerns related to child safety:
- Users can report inappropriate content through the in-app reporting feature, where the product provides one, or by emailing us directly at the address below
- All reports are reviewed promptly
- Confirmed violations result in immediate action, including content removal and account suspension
- Severe violations involving minors are reported to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
